Courses:**
- Refunds will be considered if the request
is made within 7 days of enrollment and you have not accessed more than 20% of
the course content.
- No refunds will be issued if more than 20%
of the course content has been accessed or if the course has been completed.

- Refunds will be considered if the request
is made at least 14 days before the course start date.
- If a refund request is made less than 14
days before the start date, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
- No refunds will be issued once the course
has commenced.

**Promotional Courses:** Courses purchased at a discount or as part of a
special promotion are non-refundable.

personalized training programs.

unlikely event that Skillnjob cancels a course, you will be entitled to a full
refund, regardless of the refund eligibility criteria mentioned above. We will
notify you as soon as possible and process your refund within 14 business days.
